Aerovac has many cost effective products available for use within the marine industry. Low cost bagging film, release film, peel ply and sealant tapes, are all available from stock for low temperature applications. These can offer substantial savings compared to using alternative products, which may exceed technical requirements. Part rolls of many products are also available, ideal for small production runs, one off components, and R&D work.

VACFILM400Y
VACFILM400Y is a nylon based co-extruded, ultra wide width bagging film, available up to a maximum seamless width of 10.5m. VACFILM400Y is ideally suited for resin infusion applications, ambient cures and long oven cures up to 150°c. Yellow in colour for ease of identification with excellent flexibility and compatible with most commonly used resin systems, VACFILM400Y is currently in use at several major boat builders, and is quickly becoming the film of choice for resin infusion specialists.

Economy peel ply
A80GPS is a cost effective nylon peel ply, ideally suited to resin infusion and wet lay-up applications. Whereas most peel plies are heat scoured and set, A80GPS is a loom state fabric, aiding resin migration through the fabric. A80GPS is white in colour, with a green tracer line spaced every 30mm for ease of identification on the laminate surface. A80GPS is available in a number of different widths, up to a maximum of 1.6m wide.
