DRIVING THE BUSINESS FORWARD
Aerovac has seen strong growth across all sectors of its business and the company is determined to continue to deliver excellence in customer service and support from it's three European centres in the UK, France and Italy. In order to support this continued growth and to push the business to an even stronger position for the future Aerovac has recently made some key appointments to strengthen the UK management team. The team comprises (from right to left) Tim Cooper, Managing Director, Pam McEwen, Sales Director, Matt Goldstein, Finance Director and Tony Brown, Operations Director. Tim joined Aerovac Systems Ltd based at Keighley in the UK in 2006 and brings significant experience of running and developing international businesses, having worked for BP and GEC for many years both in the UK and overseas. Matt has been with the company for six years and has been heavily involved in the growth and development of the business. His knowledge and experience provide continuity and help to support the new team and he takes the responsibility to ensure the business remains on a very sound financial footing. Pam joined the business in 2006 and has a strong background in composites and lamination processes. Her experience in business and market development will be fully utilised and she will be working closely with the sales team and customers to identify new process and product opportunities. Tony is the latest addition to the team joining in January 2007. Tony has held a number of key roles in manufacturing and production environments and brings with him a wealth of experience in the introduction of lean manufacturing. Tony will be charged with implementing a significant number of key investments in the manufacturing area to introduce added value products and solutions for delivery to the rapidly growing customer base. In a business where the customer base continues to demand rapid, reliable and competitive products Aerovac is working closely with it's customers to ensure that they are the supplier of choice. The product offering will continue to grow and expand to deliver supplies of not only consumable materials but also added value products and process technologies. Aerovac is determined to be the leader in the introduction of new and innovative processes and product solutions in response to the demands of the customer.

SALES ADMINISTRATION TEAM - DEDICATED TO SERVING OUR CUSTOMERS
The ongoing demands on our Sales Order Processing team have led to the appointment of a new team member to support local and international customers. Jacquie Dehal, (second from left) is the Sales Office Manager, Emma Wilding, Julie Guilfoyle and Janet Barrett are the Sales Administrators. Jacquie, Emma and Julie have worked together for more than seven years. Janet joined the team in 2007. Together they make a highly motivated and enthusiastic team dedicated to providing excellent customer service. The demands of the business have grown and the team has grown to reflect this. The team take responsibility for every order from receipt to delivery tracking and managing the documents and systems to ensure complete customer satisfaction.

THE TECHNICAL TEAM - SUPPORTING CUSTOMERS NEEDS
Aerovac takes pride in the ability to provide a full and comprehensive service to our customers. One of the critical components of this support is our technical service provision. Steve Richardson (second from right) Commercial Manager, takes responsibility for running the sales office and the technical group. With support from Michael Halliday, Mark Scott and John Shardlow in Technical Sales Support the team take great pride in supplying a full technical back up directly to customers and via the field sales team. They have a full and comprehensive knowledge of customer applications and can identify products and solutions to support customer processing needs.
