In order to ensure that all our products are made to the highest specifications, we have a new quality control team who are constantly gaining new qualifications and achieving higher quality status. Recently they have been working on the Six Sigma programme (Six sigma represents just 3.4 mistakes per 1,000,000 operations) and on 3rd July 2009 quality manager David Wiseman was awarded a black belt, and five green belts were awarded to his team. Dave Bull, director of TEC concepts Ltd said that he had never before seen a collection of projects of such a high standard.
