VACFILM450V
VACFILM450V is one of the widest vacuum bagging films available on the market and is ideal for use in the production of wind energy structures due to its excellent flexibility. 450V is a nylon based multilayer co-extruded vacuum bagging film developed for use in direct contact with all commonly used infusion resins and pre preg systems, including phenolics giving excellent release characteristics. This versatile product is also suitable for high pressure autoclave processing at a maximum of 170°C.

A2200 Release Film
A2200 resin infusion release film is an inexpensive flexible film developed specifically for the resin infusion process. It exhibits excellent release characteristics from all commonly used resin infusion systems. Coloured opaque orange to allow the resin front to be monitored during the infusion process plus aiding complete removal from the laminate after cure, A2200 is now one of the most frequently used resin infusion release films. A2200 is available in various perforations and is ideal for placing underneath resin feeder lines to enable their removal from peel plied surfaces.

Flash Tape
Aerovac's flash tape dots have been developed specifically for assisting with tool porosity. Flash tape in this format are also suitable for holding the consumable package in place and securing thermocouples, and offering excellent temperature resistance up to a maximum of 205°C.
