Peel Ply A100-PA6
A100-PA6 is an economical grade of nylon peel ply most commonly provided with a red indication stripe. It is made with a Polyamide 6 based nylon compared to the standard A100 which is made with a Polyamide 66 based nylon.
Available for quick ship in standard 60-inch width. Hot knife slit widths may be accommodated upon request. Samples are available.

- Porous Polyamide 6 peel ply
- Heat set and scoured, for use directed against laminated or bond lines.
- Imparts a coarse weave pattern upon removal from the laminate.
- Strips cleanly and quickly from most commercial resin systems.
- Recommended for composite manufacture and metalbonding applications.
Aerovac does not recommend the use of woven nylon Polyamide 6 fabrics with phenolic resin or prepreg systems as acid in the catalyst can break down nylon materials. Therefore, we recommend that customers conduct their own internal compatibility tests.
